About Position

As an Associate Payroll Consultant, youll take a client-facing role in delivering customized payroll solutions. Youll be involved in monthly payroll processing, client presentations, proposal development and collaborate with internal team. Strong relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills are essential, along with good presentation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance/business administration/marketing
• Have 1-2 years of experience in related field
• Understand basic payroll processing, Indonesian Labor Law & compliance tax regulation
• Familiar with payroll software, HRIS or HR technology is a strong advantage
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored payroll solutions
• Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong in relationship-building, networking, and negotiation skills
