People Development Officer

Job Description :

  • Making employee talent mapping

  • Planning appropriate development programs for employee development

  • Planning a development group program based on the competencies required by the company

  • Developing the talent they have to ensure the companys regeneration process runs

  • Execute talent management process (ex. People review)

  • Conduct performance reviews on employee performance based on KPI

Requirements :

  • Magister Degree of any major, preferable Psychology / Industrial Engineering / Human Resource Management

  • Minimum experience 1 years, however fresh graduate is welcome to apply

  • Have strong initiative and able to develop people development program

  • Have strong initiative, well organized, people oriented, good communication & presentation skill

  • Have a good understanding of organization development area, such as Job description,

  • Have a good understanding of organization development area, such as Job description, organizational Structure, competency matrix, training management, reporting system (presentation or raw data)

  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
