People Operations Officer

Job Description 

  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contract management, attendance, and offboarding
  • Manage compensation & benefits, including payroll, allowances, BPJS, and freelancer payments
  • Support performance management cycles and documentation
  • Coordinate employee development programs, certifications, and training progress
  • Handle employee relations and ensure a positive, compliant work environment
  • Maintain HR data, records, and reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and audit-readiness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to execute HR initiatives and continuous improvement

Requirements 

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
  • Super organized, highly detail-oriented, and meticulous — you enjoy keeping things neat, accurate, and on track
  • Comfortable handling structured, repetitive tasks and administrative processes
  • Trustworthy when working with confidential employee information
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Sheets and Docs)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
