At PT Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry, we are seeking a talented Personal Assistant / Secretary (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team in our central Jakarta office. This is a contract role that will see you providing high-level administrative and personal support to our senior executives. With your exceptional organisational skills and fluency in Mandarin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What youll be doing

  • Providing personalised administrative support to senior members of the leadership team

  • Managing busy calendars, scheduling appointments and organising travel arrangements

  • Preparing reports, presentations and other documentation as required

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion

  • Supporting the coordination of team meetings and events

  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

What were looking for

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar personal assistant or executive secretary role

  • A Law graduate with experience in Human Resources, offering a valuable and relevant added advantage.

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English

  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional demeanour

  • Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and various office equipment

  • Discrete, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
