As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO who is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Support administrative and operational tasks to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
- Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.
