As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO who is highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEOs daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic startup environment.
