PLC Automation Engineer

• Develop and program PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.) for industrial automation projects

• Integrate PLCs with SCADA, HMI, and MES systems

• Participate in control system design, including I/O list, wiring diagrams, and layout

• Troubleshoot, test, and commission control systems at client sites

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, project managers, and clients

• Prepare technical documentation and training materials

• Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years experience in PLC programming and industrial automation

• Familiarity with industrial networks (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP)

• Experience with SCADA/HMI platforms is a plus

• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or IIoT platforms

• Exposure to smart factory or Industry 4.0 projects

• Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
