Proctor for JFT & SSW ( Bali )

We are seeking responsible and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Proctors for the SSW and JFT exams administered by The Japan Foundation:

Key Responsibilities

 Verify participant identities and attendance records

 Deliver clear instructions and guidelines to test-takers before the exam

 Supervise test-takers throughout the examination period to ensure rules are followed

 Ensure all participants complete the assessment properly

 Submit session reports after each examination

Qualifications

 High school graduates (SMA/SMK) are welcome; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

 Good communication skills and confidence in speaking in front of groups

 Demonstrates discipline, initiative, integrity, and the ability to work in a team

 Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel)

Preferred

 Attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
