Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our growing team in Bali. In this pivotal role, youll oversee all procurement activities across our real estate development and construction operations—supporting multiple high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the island.

You will be responsible for building and managing supply chains, negotiating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring materials and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our project managers, site engineers, and finance team to ensure smooth execution from sourcing to delivery.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budget goals

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle: sourcing, vendor assessment, negotiations, contract management, order tracking, and performance evaluation

• Establish and maintain relationships with reliable local and international suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturers

• Monitor market trends and construction materials pricing to advise on purchasing decisions

• Review and refine procurement systems, workflows, and controls to enhance efficiency and reduce risk

• Support the finance team with procurement-related documentation and payment tracking

• Collaborate with the site and project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and timely material deliveries

• Drive cost reduction initiatives without compromising on quality or timelines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in construction, development, or manufacturing

• Deep understanding of construction materials, logistics, local and international supply chains

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple procurement needs across simultaneous projects

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with procurement software and data analysis tools

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
