Procurement Officer

Genesis Global Community School is an IB School located in BSD, Tangerang. We aim to offer diverse global learning experiences, breaking traditional boundaries, and equipping students to succeed in an interconnected world. 

Genesis Global Community School is looking for Procurement Officer!

• Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services from reliable vendors in accordance with the companys budget and standards.

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery time, and reliability.

• Coordinate with internal departments to determine procurement needs, timelines, and specifications.

• Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and other documentation.

• Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply chain issues.

• Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement guidelines, and legal requirements.

• Develop cost-saving initiatives and continuously improve procurement processes.

• Liaise with finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment to vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of supply chain procedures and sourcing strategies.
