Position: Procurement Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing/procurement (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

  • Knowledge of procurement processes, especially in a manufacturing setting

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a strong advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Kab. Tangerang

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle procurement of materials, spare parts, and services to support production activities

  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time

  • Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring timely deliveries

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

  • Conduct supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
