Product Manager

• Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth product development.
• Monitor feature usage and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and internal dashboards.
• Collect and prioritize feedback from users (teachers, students, parents) and internal stakeholders.
• Support product testing and QA to ensure high-quality releases.
• Help maintain product documentation and release notes.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Keep a close eye on competitors and edtech market trends to inform product direction.

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or related).
• 2-3 years of experience in product management, product operations, QA, or a similar role.
• Strong interest in educational technology and digital learning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Familiarity with tools like Looker, Google Analytics, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of agile product development process
• Knowledge of UI / UX best practices
• Experience in education or subscription-based products is a strong plus.
