Product Manager (Temporary 6 months - Maternity Replacement)

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (at least 3-5 years), preferably in tech-driven environments.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product management best practices.

• Accustomed to working in service-based companies (preferably B2B / IT / logistics / rental)

• Familiarity with tech stacks such as MariaDB, Golang, Next.js, PHP, Redis, ERPNext (is a plus), Flutter, or similar.

• Ability to read, manipulate, and understand data to support business & product decisions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a user-first mindset.

• Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders including internal users and external vendors.

• Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical contexts.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with limited supervision.

• Experience with performance reporting, KPI evaluation tools, and agile documentation.

• Ready to join ASAP.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Take full ownership of ongoing product initiatives and ensure their continuity.

• Deeply understand and maintain the vision, functionality, and user flow of existing business support applications.

• Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, feature enhancements, and implementation plans.

• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and any other departments.

• Manage and coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers.

• Work closely with developers and designers to deliver user-centered solutions, ensuring technical feasibility.

• Analyze user feedback, product data, and usage patterns to identify pain points and propose improvements.

• Prioritize the product backlog and align releases with strategic goals and user needs.

• Ensure timely delivery of product milestones in collaboration with the development team.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on progress, challenges, and KPIs to stakeholders and the Head of Tech.
