Product Owner POS

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our Point of Sale (POS) application . This role requires a strong understanding of business needs and excellent negotiation skills with both users and management to ensure the development of a highly functional and impactful product.

• Manage the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring alignment with business and technical needs.
• Communicate effectively with users, internal stakeholders, and the development team to understand requirements and articulate the product vision.
• Ensure that features and solutions developed improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with the development team to create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
• Prioritize development tasks based on business impact and urgency.
• Ensure that the implemented solutions comply with industry standards and relevant regulations.

• Minimum Qualifications: At least 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role in software development.
• Experience in the retail, F&B, or POS system industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to bridge user needs and business objectives.
• Ability to create business cases and support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience collaborating with development teams to build tech-driven solutions.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to enhance product usability.
