Production Manager
PT Astari Niagara Internasional are looking for Production Manager that will be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
Responsibility :
Ensure production output meets quality standards and runs at optimum capacity as per established targets while maintaining on-time delivery.
Ensure preventive and machine maintenance is carried out periodically to perform in optimum capacity.
Set individual KPIs and his subordinate based on departmental objectives in order to drive the organization performance align to companys objectives.
Qualification :
Minimum educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Experience in a manufacturing company with a minimum of 200 employees and 24/7 production operations.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to be based in Cikupa, Tangerang.
Willing to work on Saturday (half day).
