Product Vision and Strategy✅Define and own roadmap for AI and digital products, prioritizing business impact, feasibility, and strategic importance.Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement✅ Act as primary liaison between executives, engineers, data scientists, and operational teams. Lead discovery workshops to identify opportunities for AI-powered solutions.Agile Product Development & Execution✅ Own backlog and sprint planning, while defining and monitoring key success metrics to track impact of digital solutions.Implementation & Change Management✅ Lead training and change management efforts to maximize adoption, gathering feedback from users and continuously refine digital solutions.Mentorship & Team Development✅ Manage and mentor Digital Product Associates, guiding them in product execution and problem-solving. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
