• Oversee the execution of mining activities on-site, ensuring adherence to daily plans and targets.
• Direct and supervise workers and equipment operators in assigned areas.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to identify potential safety or operational issues.
• Communicate with supervisors and other foremen to coordinate activities and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain records of daily tasks, material movement, and equipment usage.
• Report any incidents, delays, or issues to the Production Supervisor promptly.
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among team members.

Requirement

• High School Diploma (SMA/SMK), Bachelors Degree (S1), or technical training in mining or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mining operations or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with mining equipment and tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and basic mining regulations.
• Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervisor (POP), HSE, Project Development, or relevant certified.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
