Project Coordinator

• Review engineering documents and technical specifications; lead and manage on-site teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

• Coordinate with CAD drafters to produce accurate shop drawings and schematic diagrams.

• Ensure all audiovisual (AV) systems are installed and function optimally as per design.

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and professional communication.

• Monitor and enforce K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) compliance on-site.

• Prepare and deliver detailed weekly project progress reports to both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Willing to be assigned to projects outside the city for extended durations.

COMPULSORY QUALIFICATION :

• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in project coordination or management, preferably in AV or related engineering fields.

• Bachelors Degree (S1) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline.

• Proficient in Ms. Office and Ms. Project.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Must own a personal vehicle.

• Preferred domicile: Bali or Surabaya.

• Willing to travel and stay outside the city for project durations.
