Project Cost Control

• Develop and maintain project cost control procedures and financial tracking systems.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure cost efficiency.
• Analyze cost variances and provide reports on budget performance.
• Work closely with project managers to optimize cost planning and resource allocation.
• Review and validate contractor and vendor invoices against project milestones.
• Prepare financial reports, cash flow analysis, and cost projections.
• Identify risks and propose cost-saving measures to improve project financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contract requirements, and financial regulations.
• Support project teams with budgetary planning and financial decision-making.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to project cost control.

• Minimum Bachelors (S1) degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, or financial planning in construction, energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, financial analysis, and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and financial principles.
• Familiarity with ERP, Ms. Project, Ms Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams, finance, and procurement departments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when necessary.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA, or related) are an advantage.
