PT. SINOTRANS CSC INDONESIA is a growing and dynamic freight forwarding and third-party logistics provider in Indonesia. We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Logistics Officer to join our team.

Requirement

• Strong understanding of project logistics principles and practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience as a Project Logistics Officer or similar role within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

• Experience in handling various cargo types, including breakbulk and oversized shipments.

• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Job Responsibilities

• Manage logistics services for projects from inception to destination.

• Coordinate communication between service providers and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee the transportation of cargo, including breakbulk, heavy lift, and oversized cargo.

• Develop and implement project logistics plans, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

• Manage project budgets and timelines.

• Negotiate with vendors and service providers.

• Prepare and submit project reports.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
