Job Description:

• Monitor and analyze team performance to ensure SLA compliance and timely project delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, gather requirements, and negotiate feasible project timelines.
• Design, review, and enhance existing workflows and tracking mechanisms to improve team efficiency and maintain relevance.
• Conduct data analysis to support project planning, team performance reviews, and decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Experience working with one or more language for querying (e.g. SQL)
• Familiarity with advanced analytics languages like Python or R will be an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
