Project Management Officer

Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. We are expanding our team in the Die-cast Model Car Toys industry and looking for a Project Management Officer.

Location: Pluit, North Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Project Support and Coordination

  • Cooperate with the project leader to carry out project management work, managing weekly and daily meetings, collecting feedback from team members, and solve problems that arise during project execution.

  • Maintain close collaboration with cross-departmental, coordinate the resources of all parties, and convey core information to relevant personnel to improve the efficiency of the team.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Collect sales data and conduct in-depth sales analysis, then present the analysis results to each business team and project leader for sales strategy adjustment and product optimization.

• Brand Marketing Support

  • Fully assist the brand team in completing basic tasks and ensuring that the marketing activities effectively enhance brand awareness and product sales.

  • Actively promote project through diversified channels, expand and maintain online-offline marketing channels, monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, collect user feedback, and meticulously analyze marketing data.

• Product Learning and Management

  • Cooperate with project leader to follow up on warehouse management work, communicate with logistics warehouse team, monitor the order outbound progress, making sure that orders are shipped out properly, and immediately report issues to the person in charge.

• Study the companys product knowledge and be able to provide professional product training and answer questions for the internal team to improve the overall product awareness of the team.

Qualifications:- Bachelors degree or higher, with a preference for fresh graduates. Ideal majors include marketing, project management, and business administration.

- Fluent in English

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong relationship-building abilities, an attentive listener, confident in expressing ideas, and a collaborative team player. - Eager to learn and quickly acquire new knowledge and skills, staying ahead of industry trends.

- Skilled at analyzing challenges and implementing effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

- Previous leadership roles in student unions are a plus, demonstrating responsibility and sound decision-making capabilities.

- Preferably with prior internship experience, showcasing adaptability to meet job requirements.
