Job Description:

Day to day task will be working under Merchant Operations Team on managing Food project and activation,

collaborating with various stakeholders

Responsible for end-to-end project management and administration from brainstorming, liaising with internal and

external stakeholders, track minute of meetings, to project execution

Report and evaluate on project performance, including drawing conclusions and action items from data and on-ground

observations

Required to perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Team to improve overall business

Work and collaborate across team and stakeholders as part of Jabodetabek Merchant Operations Team

Essential Experience / Criteria:

Minimum educational background: S1 (Graduated) from reputable university

Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as public speaking and presentation skills

Analytical and critical thinking thinking with strong problem solving skills

Detail-oriented (in both data and organizing / planning) and discipline with timeline and guidelines

Independent individual with excellent team-working skills

Understand how to use Microsoft Office and GSuite and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot

tables

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Prior working experience in project management is desired

Compensation, Benefit & Facilities:

Gross Basic Salary : 5.396.761
