Purchasing Staff

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Purchasing Staff to join our team at PT. LUNA BOGA NARAYAN (Kopi Janji Jiwa) in West Jakarta, Jakarta. As a full-time Purchasing Staff, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement of materials and supplies essential to the smooth operation of our manufacturing business.

What youll be doing

1. Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, packaging, and other supplies needed for production

2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices, terms, and delivery schedules

3. Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring accurate information is available

4. Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials

5. Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation

6. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements

7. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

8. Provide support and information to internal stakeholders as needed

What were looking for

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

2. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

5. Good analytical and data management skills

6. Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control

7. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
