Purchasing Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

• Conduct analysis and comparison of supplier proposals based on price, payment terms (TOP), delivery time, cooperation schemes, and other relevant factors.

• Coordinate and execute the tender process with the support of relevant divisions to ensure a transparent and efficient procedure.

• Conduct research and provide updates on the latest information affecting raw material price movements in the global market.

• Forecast potential increases or decreases in raw material prices to support planning, forecasting, and stock procurement strategies.

• Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key raw material suppliers (RMPM), particularly large-scale strategic suppliers.

Job Requirement

• Bachelors degree in any major

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG industry.

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating supplier offers and market trends.

• Solid understanding of procurement processes, tender management, and contract negotiation.

• Knowledge of global raw material markets is a plus.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong coordination and teamwork abilities across departments.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent command of Chinese and English (written and spoken)

• High integrity and professionalism in handling supplier relations and confidential data.

• Willingness to travel for supplier visits or business meetings if required.
