Purchasing Supervisor

Qualifications :

1. Education D3/S1 Management

2. Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position

3. Have a background in the Hospitality / Golf Industry

4. Can operate Ms. Office

5. Able to lead in managing the procurement process and supervise all activities according to procedures

6. Have good negotiation skills with suppliers / vendors

Skill and Jobdesk Criteria :

1. Assist Manager in purchasing all goods and equipment needed by the company

2. Plan & Supervise the purchase of the right and quality goods and materials at competitive prices and the right amount/volume

3. Assist Manager in making regular reports on purchased goods and inventory levels to allow for more effective purchasing in the future

4. Report all monthly savings

5. Work with management to improve the purchasing process as a way to reduce waste and increase profits

6. Attend financial meetings, if necessary
