Job Descriptions :

  • Make an accurate calculation of the Budget Draft (RAB) including the calculation of work plus or minus.

  • Check and ensure the availability of a budget for the proposed work, including submitting a budget transfer and supplements if needed.

  • Collect and check all tender documents and contract administration.

  • Submitting tenders, starting from RAB, online RAB, increasing workflow and FPT to TRM.

  • Regularly monitor and updating on matters that can affect costs (such as: materials, prices, etc.).

  • Check / review additional / less work.

Job Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree preferably majoring in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.

  • Minimum 5 years of working QS experience in Developer Company or Contractor.

  • Computer literacy (ability to operate MS Office, Autocad and QS Application).

  • Having knowledge to identify differences between tender drawings and construction drawings.

  • Willing to be placed in BSD.
