Quality Assurance (QA) Operator

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Operator to monitor live streaming sessions and ensure high-quality execution across our content operations. This role is responsible for reviewing talent pre-stream setup, observing live sessions, verifying that agency guidelines are followed, and escalating issues when necessary.

The QA Operator plays a critical role in supporting talent performance, stream quality, and viewer engagement outcomes by serving as the front line of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and log live streams across platforms to ensure compliance with agency standards
  • Verify that all pre-stream checklist items are completed before sessions begin and have suitable technical ability to troubleshoot issues experienced by our talent.
  • Evaluate real-time stream conditions: camera setup, lighting, engagement quality, and presence of chat activity
  • Identify and flag issues in real-time to the QA Specialist, including technical disruptions, rule breaches, or quality concerns
  • Maintain documentation of stream performance using standardized QA scorecards
  • Collaborate with Talent Management team to cross-verify talent availability and stream expectations
  • Participate in post-stream review discussions to provide observations and improvement feedback
  • Ensure talent adherence to marketing strategies and brand tone during streams

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in livestreaming moderation, or QA/content monitoring roles is a plus
  • High attention to detail and ability to observe across multiple simultaneous streams
  • Good technical knowledge to provide L1 support to resolve technical issues experienced prior to streaming
  • Basic understanding of streaming platform functionality and stream behavior
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, Airtable, or QA forms
  • Professionalism and discretion with sensitive or explicit content
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, or flexible shifts as required
  • Fluent English speaking ability
