Quality Control Collection

Position Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of the debt collection process (both desk and field collection) with external regulations (OJK, Consumer Protection Law) and the companys internal standards. The focus will be on mitigating legal risks, enhancing team effectiveness, and safeguarding the companys reputation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Collection Quality AuditConduct regular audits of debt collection activities to ensure adherence to standards.

2. Monitoring Communication ChannelsReview phone call and WhatsApp recordings to evaluate compliance and professionalism.

3. Regulatory Compliance AssuranceEnsure all collection practices comply with external regulations and internal policies.

4. Reporting & RecommendationsPrepare monthly reports highlighting risk findings, violation trends, and compliance rates.

5. Training RecommendationsPropose targeted training programs for the collection team (e.g., de-escalation techniques, regulatory updates).

6. Operational Standards DevelopmentCollaborate with the compliance team to develop and update collection SOPs.

7. Script and Negotiation Scheme EvaluationTest and evaluate the effectiveness of collection scripts and negotiation approaches.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Collection Quality Control (QC) in banking or fintech.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.

3. Familiar with collection software and systems.

4. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

5. High level of integrity and honesty.
