Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and experienced PR Manager to lead brand reputation and communication efforts in Indonesia. Youll handle media monitoring, crisis risk planning, and stakeholder engagement—including media, government, and law enforcement. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in managing buzzer/digital advocacy campaigns to support online reputation and product visibility.

Placement: Jakarta, Indonesia

Working Arrangement: WFO

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor media coverage using digital tools and provide insights.

• Identify potential PR risks and create crisis response plans.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, government, and police.

• Manage press releases, media events, and influencer engagement.

• Oversee buzzer operations to amplify brand presence online.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and leadership teams.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in PR, Communications, or related field.

• 5+ years of PR or corporate comms experience, ideally in beauty or retail.

• Proficient in media monitoring tools.

• Strong crisis management and planning skills.

• Solid network of media and government contacts in Indonesia.

• Experience with buzzer/influencer coordination.

• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
