Recruitment Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to design and update job descriptions while identifying future hiring needs.
Source and engage potential candidates using online platforms such as JobStreet, LinkedIn, and others.
Review and screen incoming resumes from both internal and external sources.
Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates and follow up on interview feedback and job offer status.
Prepare and send job offer emails and respond to queries regarding compensation and benefits.
Represent the company at job fairs and campus recruitment events.
Conduct new hire orientations and support smooth onboarding, acting as a point of contact for new employees.
Prepare monthly recruitment reports and bi-annual turnover analysis.

Track recruitment progress to ensure vacancies are filled within targeted timelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience hiring IT professionals is a plus
Proven experience in managing full recruitment cycles, from sourcing to onboarding
Able to handle multiple job openings at once
Experience with campus hiring, job fairs, and using social media for recruitment
Collaborative and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
