Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, finding and selecting candidates, conducting interviews, psychological tests, and facilitating each stage of recruitment.
• Proactively source candidates through active networking, resume database searching, internet mining, social media, professional associations, cold calling, placing advertisements, and creative sourcing methods
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate a candidates skills, qualifications, suitability and negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies that are effective and in line with the organizations goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with management and leaders of each department to understand staff needs and plan for future recruitment needs.

• Candidate must own at least Bachelor in Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
• At least 2 years of experience in same position
• Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment process and psychological test tools.
• Having excellent analytical skill, communication skill, and writing skill.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
