QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related.

• At least 3 years experience in Refrigeration Field is a plus.

• Knowledge of cooling tower, heat Exchanger are related to ice machine or refrigeration system.

• Excellent written, reading and speaking in English language.

• Computerize skill in MS office, ERP is would be advantage.

• Very good negotiation skills.

• Reliability, honesty and trustworthiness.

• Ability to always exert professional manners with team.

• Wiling to travel outstation for a few weeks to do servicing machinery.

• Able to joint immediately.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consultancy and solving the problem when customers call.

• Consultancy and solving the problem when Team call.

• Arrange plan for Service and PM jobs with technicians level O.

• Make and summarize report Service and PM jobs.

• Make an Estimate cost for Service, PM Jobs.

• Inform and report SUG jobs to PKIS.

• Planning /Assign service team for PM, Service jobs.

• Summarize work Self documents, Report to supervisor.

• Spare part Handle.

• Draft document V2P is sent to Supervisor for review.

• Coordinate internal with factory in Thailand regarding service issue.
