Regulatory Affairs Lead - Global Beauty (Skincare)

We are looking for a meticulous and strategic Regulatory Affairs Lead to oversee all legal and regulatory compliance activities related to skincare product development, sales, and international expansion. This role is crucial in ensuring legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions, especially in the FMCG and beauty sectors. You will support global regulatory submissions, manage contracts, handle subsidiary compliance, and ensure seamless coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

• Manage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for skincare product registration (local and global).

• Draft, review, and revise commercial agreements, amendments, and legal documentation.

• Support negotiations with external vendors, distributors, and international partners.

• Oversee legal operations and contract lifecycle management.

• Conduct regulatory research and due diligence for M&A, expansion, and new market entry.

• Manage and update corporate legalities, including the establishment and compliance of subsidiaries.

• Liaise with government bodies and ensure timely licensing, registration, and reporting.

• Work cross-functionally with commercial, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with legal guidelines and industry standards.

• Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable university.

• Minimum 3 years of regulatory or legal experience in the FMCG or beauty industry.

• Strong knowledge of product registration (BPOM) and international regulatory compliance.

• Proven experience supporting channel distribution legalities and commercial contracts.

• Excellent communication and legal drafting skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong attention to detail.

• Resilient, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
