Reinsurance Staff

PT Elabram Systems is looking for Reinsurance Staff (Facultative) for our client in General Insurance industry for placement in Jakarta with details below:

Job Description:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international reinsurance companies to ensure effective collaboration.
• Prepare, review, and issue facultative reinsurance slips, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Perform facultative reinsurance calculations to determine risk retention and optimal coverage solutions.
• Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and execution of facultative reinsurance contracts, including endorsements and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and reinsurers for facultative claims processing, ensuring timely recoveries and dispute resolution.

Requirement:

• 2-3 years of experience in reinsurance, specifically facultative reinsurance, within a general insurance company.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with domestic and international reinsurance companies.
• Strong data processing and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced data analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) at a professional level.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Established connections with international reinsurance companies (preferred).
