Were seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team at Zia Tina Restaurant, a Masseria-inspired Italian restaurant in the heart of Seminyak. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibillity- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead and motivate a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and related staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality food and service standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Leadership skills
- Effective communication with staff, customers, and suppliers.
- Problem-Solving skills.
- Adaptability and Flexibility in handling unexpected situations.
- Providing exceptional service to customers.
