Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Mutia Culinary Concepts in Medan, North Sumatra. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our restaurant operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of our business.

Job Responsibilities :

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, including the supervision of service staff, food preparation, and customer service

• Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently maintained

• Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and implementing training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of the team

• Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive dining experience

• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales, and other operational data, and generating reports as required

• Collaborating with the management team to implement effective strategies, policies, and procedures to improve overall restaurant performance

• Promoting a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement

• Overseing staff, managing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction

Job Requirements :

• Male or Female

• Bachelors degree in all majors

• Minimum 2 years of experience in chinese restaurant

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively

• Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting

• Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Inspire and guide your team to meet business goals and customer expetations

• Handle serveral tasks at the same time in a hectic enviroment

• Fluency in English and Hokkien is a plus

• Base in Medan
