About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at PT ECS Raya Indonesia. In this full-time position based in Jakarta, you will be responsible for driving sales of our car and motorcycle batteries . Your strategic sales approach and excellent customer service will be key to the success of this role.

What youll be doing

1. Proactively prospecting and generating new sales opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and lead generation activities

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and identify new sales prospects

3. Providing expert product knowledge and guidance to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions

4. Negotiating and closing sales deals, while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction

5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

6. Maintaining comprehensive records of all sales activities and pipeline

7. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What were looking for

1. Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or battery industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

3. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals

5. Relevant sales or product knowledge certifications would be an advantage
