🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (Instagram, TikTok):
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content in line with our brand identity. Monitor performance and grow the audience.
Creative Marketing & Promotions:
Propose and execute fresh, original ideas to boost engagement, attract new guests, and drive sales (events, campaigns, seasonal offers).
Influencer & Partnership Coordination:
Identify and collaborate with local influencers, food bloggers, lifestyle creators. Build brand visibility and community buzz.
Content & Shoot Coordination:
Organize photo/video shoots and ensure consistent high-quality visuals that match the vibe of each brand.
Platform Management:
Keep Grab, Gojek, Google, TripAdvisor, and other listings updated and optimized with the latest promos and images.
Visual & Graphic Briefs:
Work with designers to create marketing materials (flyers, posters, menus, digital banners, etc.)
Performance Monitoring:
Track key metrics (followers, engagement, sales impact) and suggest improvements.
Food & Concept Marketing Input:
Bring marketing insight into food presentation, naming, and storytelling to make the menu more attractive and marketable.

2-3+ years of experience in marketing (F&B or hospitality preferred)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong creative mindset + execution skills
Passion for food, design, and marketing trends
Knowledge of social media + Grab/Gojek platform management
Bali-based or willing to relocate full-time
