Job Title: Sales Director - Indonesia (Food Industry)

Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Indonesian market to achieve revenue and profitability targets

  2. Lead the sales team in developing and managing distributors, modern trade, and traditional trade channels

  3. Establish and optimize the sales management system, including target setting, performance monitoring, and data analysis

  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and growth strategies

  5. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless business execution

  6. Provide regular reports to HQ on sales performance, market feedback, and team development

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields

  • 8+ years of sales experience in the food or FMCG industry, with at least 3 years in a management role

  • Strong knowledge of the Indonesian market and key retail channels; proven track record in brand expansion and team leadership

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, result-oriented, with strong problem-solving and resilience

Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia or Chinese, able to act as a bridge between HQ and local team
