About the role

What youll be doing

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories
• Engage with existing clients to maintain and grow their business, ensuring exceptional customer service
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, meeting or exceeding individual sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities and customer interactions
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments

• Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the glassware or tableware industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide expert recommendations
• Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in using sales CRM tools and data analysis to drive performance
• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
