Sales Executive (Plastic Packaging Manufacture)

About the role

This is a full-time Sales Executive role at PT Trass Anugrah Makmur, a leading plastic packaging manufacturer based in Pasuruan, East Java. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing long-term relationships with customers in the plastic packaging industry.

What youll be doing

• Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the plastic packaging market

• Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business

• Preparing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to both new and existing customers

• Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets

• Collaborating with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders

• Providing feedback to the product development team on customer requirements and market trends

• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What were looking for

• At least 3 years of sales experience in the plastic packaging industry or a related field

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions

• Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving customer satisfaction

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite

• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
