Sales Manager

Sebagai Sales Manager, peran utama Anda adalah menjalankan strategi penjualan secara langsung maupun strategis. Anda akan bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan Sales canvassing, termasuk menjangkau calon pelanggan potensial dan memperluas jaringan distribusi secara aktif. Selain itu, Anda akan menjalankan pendekatan Direct Sales B2B, membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan mitra bisnis, serta menawarkan produk Partikular secara tepat sasaran sesuai kebutuhan klien. Dalam kesehariannya, Anda juga akan menjalankan Tugas Operasional Penjualan Harian seperti monitoring stok & distribusi, pencatatan transaksi, hingga pelaporan progres penjualan kepada tim internal.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in executing both strategic and hands-on sales efforts. Your responsibilities include conducting sales canvassing to actively reach out to potential customers and expand our distribution network. You will also lead direct B2B sales, building strong relationships with business clients and offering tailored product solutions that align with their needs. On a daily basis, youll manage day-to-day sales operations—from monitoring stock and distribution, recording transactions, to reporting sales progress to the internal team.
