Job Description

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
• Identify and establish new partnerships with government institutions, companies, travel agents, and individual clients.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize strategies.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the travel industry.
