Sales Manager Mandarin Speaker

Job Decsription :

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the client base
• Proactively manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Collaborate with the wider sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive the companys growth
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Attend industry functions, including conferences and association events, and contribute information and feedback on upcoming market trends.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Submit and ensure data is accurate on weekly progress reports.
• Collaborate with development and client services team to ensure requirements are met, such as product specification and client retention.
• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.

Requirements :

• Business Mandarin proficiency (minimum HSK 3 or similar) and Conversational English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an account management or sales role, preferably in paper packaging Industry background or experience
• Proven track record of successfully growing key client accounts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
