Sales Marketing Senior

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of our coffee shop brand. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving customer engagement, and increasing foot traffic both online and offline. The ideal candidate should be creative, data-oriented, and passionate about the F&B industry.

You will work closely with the operations and creative team to build impactful campaigns, manage digital and offline promotions, and establish strong relationships with customers, partners, and communities. Your goal is to enhance brand awareness, boost daily sales, and create meaningful customer experiences.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Communication or Marketing is preferred.

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Creative and experienced in executing both digital and offline marketing campaigns.

4. Strong understanding of how to identify and target specific audiences.

5. In-depth knowledge of marketing channels and tools.

6. Based in Jabodetabek area.
