Sales Officer

Agile Technica is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers in the Tangerang Banten region. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial part in achieving the companys sales targets and contributing to the overall success of Agile Technica.

Key responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones

2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and client service

3. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the local market

4. Accurately forecasting sales and providing regular updates to the management team

5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

6. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement customer-facing initiatives

7. Providing feedback and recommendations to the management team to improve sales processes and strategies

What were looking for

1. At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology or IT services industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding KPIs

4. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

5. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools

6. A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently

7. A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
