OverviewWe at SINAR ANTJOL GROUP (B29) are currently seeking an experienced Sales Officer for Rigid Plastic Packaging (B2B) to join our sister company in North Jakarta. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales and expanding the growth of our plastic packaging products in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

  • Achieve and exceed established sales targets.

  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and necessary sales documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the rigid plastic packaging industry.

  • Aged between 23 and 28 years old.

  • Bachelors degree in any field; Engineering graduates are preferred.

  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and in a team.

  • Strong networking within the industrial sector.

  • Solid understanding of sales and marketing strategies in the plastic packaging business.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English is a benefit.
