About the Role

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Property professional to join our team at Mulia Realty Batindo Cab.Batam. As a Sales Property, you will play a pivotal role in the residential sales division, responsible for marketing and selling properties in the Batam Kota Riau Islands region. What Youll Be Doing

  • Identifying and qualifying prospective clients through networking, cold-calling, and other lead generation activities
  • Arranging and conducting property viewings, providing exceptional customer service to potential buyers
  • Negotiating offers and closing sales, ensuring a smooth transaction process
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, property listings, and competitor activities

  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the residential sales division

    • What Were Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in residential real estate sales, with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a exceptional client experience
  • Proficient in using various real estate software and tools, including CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • A keen understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to provide valuable insights to clients
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for the real estate industry
  • A valid real estate agent license or the ability to obtain one
