Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Confidently negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using our CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize sales strategies.

  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales-focused role.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.

  • A positive attitude, resilient, and persistent.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
