Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure in a target-driven environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Solid understanding of sales processes and automotive industry dynamics.
